4 Butternut Squash
1/2 cup Cannabis Butter
Optional Ingredients for Sweet Squash:
Maple Syrup or Honey or Agave Nectar or Brown Sugar
Optional Ingredients for Main Dish Squash:
Cooked Ham- sandwich slices
Preheat oven to 375. Melt 1/4 cup butter and pour on cookie sheet. Cut squash lengthwise in half and remove seeds. Place squash face down on cookie set and bake 1/2 hour or until tender. Remove squash from oven and turn squash over to cool for a few minutes. Using a fork, fluff squash adding butter, salt and pepper to taste.
For sweet squash: add pecan bits and sweetener of choice.
For main dish squash: add ham (torn into bite size morsels) and chopped green onion.
